Mirlin Connect — fleet productivity platform
Senior Full-Stack Engineer · Architecture In Motion (AIM) · client: Mirlin Technologies · 2025–2026
An all-in-one fleet productivity platform — process automation, standardised workflows, real-time data capture, vendor communications, live tracking, and an AI assistant for autonomous task handling.
▸ BPMN-driven process automation with standardised, reusable workflows
▸ Real-time data capture and live tracking across the fleet
▸ Embedded AI assistant handling routine tasks autonomously
Problem
Fleet operations were spread across disconnected tools with manual handoffs, no standardised processes, and no single place to see real-time status or coordinate with vendors.
Approach
A modular .NET 8 and Blazor platform with BPMN 2.0 process automation, Form.io dynamic forms, GraphQL APIs, and SignalR real-time updates, plus live location tracking. An embedded AI chatbot runs over its own knowledge base (Azure AI Foundry / Document Intelligence) to handle routine tasks autonomously. CQRS blended with domain-driven design.
