MaternaAI — agentic platform for maternal & chronic care

Senior Full-Stack Engineer · Architecture In Motion (AIM) · 2026–present

An agentic AI platform that turns remote-monitoring signals into coordinated, clinician-supervised action — starting with maternal care.

MaternaAI — agentic platform for maternal & chronic care

▸ Human-in-the-loop by design — every AI recommendation is reviewed by a clinician

▸ Reusable platform: a new care pathway is a configuration exercise, not a new product

▸ Web clinician console plus a patient-facing mobile app on one foundation

Problem

Remote monitoring for blood pressure, glucose, and other vitals already exists — the device isn't the differentiator. The gap is turning a stream of readings into timely, coordinated clinical action without adding yet another portal for clinicians to check.

Approach

A reusable, layered healthcare platform: device and monitoring integration feeds core services (enrollment, consent, care teams, communication, workflow orchestration, escalation, audit) with an AI & care-orchestration layer on top — risk stratification, clinical decision support, care navigation, and agent orchestration, all under human-in-the-loop governance. Maternal care is the first pathway; the same foundation configures to other pathways rather than being rebuilt.
