Problem
The platform had to stay fast and correct for enterprise tenants under sustained load, while its memory footprint quietly climbed over time — forcing periodic process recycles to stay healthy.
Approach
Led performance-optimisation work with dotTrace and dotMemory — tracking down captive-dependency memory leaks, poor RavenDB session handling, and MEF composition issues — and integrated New Relic for proactive production monitoring. Mentored the team through the diagnosis and fixes.
