Problem
In regulated pharmacy billing, most audit exposure comes not from fraud but from documentation that doesn't match the billing record at scale. Operational tools produce checklists and dashboards — not evidence an audit committee or external auditor can verify independently.
Approach
A pipeline of four specialised AI agents — consent-compliance analysis, claims analysis, adversarial forensic review, and attestation authoring — with a data-minimisation boundary enforced by architecture (not policy), a mandatory human approval gate (a licensed pharmacist countersigns), and a cryptographically signed, append-only evidence trail. Built on IBM watsonx Orchestrate and Azure, orchestrated with LangGraph.
